Whether it’s a monthly guilty pleasure mag (Your Home & Garden is my fave), discovering places to go to, or fresh inspo, remember to take time for yourself and just relax and enjoy the moment.

INTERESTS.

What are you interested in? Is it a hobby, something you want to know more about, or are just fascinated by? Coffee, plants, travel, anything goes!

LOVES.

Whether it’s animals or something else, we all have things that truly make our heart sing. Having something close by to just flick through and enjoy is good for the soul.

INSPO & TIPS.

More than just pics of beautiful homes and decor, helpful tips on how to implement in your home. I also did the @threebirdsrenovations reno school a couple of years ago which I loved!

COOK BOOKS.

Yes! Why not! How about putting a couple on the coffee table and as a family each week you select a couple of recipes not tried before or haven’t had in a while for fresh inspiration or meal time change up.

GENTLE REMINDERS.

It never hurts to have a reminder of how awesome you are and to be kind to yourself. A page, a chapter, the whole book, whatever you need right now.
